Yet, it is far better than any government on earth. Gee, you must have done an exhaustive study of all 190+ governments on this planet. Or did God whisper that in your ear? Myriad and mendacious are the mutterings in your mind, moron. Considering that some Scandinavian countries donate ten times what we do to aid the poor in this world (as % of GDP), I thought they might have a chance at the top spot. Perhaps, that they do not rain Freedom and Democracy on the hapless Iraqis must count against them. And the fertilizer your rain on this thread will count against you. As do the mutterings of your mind.
