Very good!

We live less than an hour from Ft. Campbell and it's been suggested here that we do something for the military families. I've been thinking along the line of grocery gift cards, but how to get them to the families?? Not sure yet, but have started "pondering" on it.

For those in the area, suggestions have been: offer child care so mom can have some time for herself, offer to run errands, mow lawns, handy man type chores, etc.
I believe that anyone sending a husband, father, son to battle is ALSO putting their "life" on the line...and think it's a worthy cause to help those left here. <slapping palm to forehead and wondering why this never crossed my mind>

Will all the army bases and all the folks here from so many areas, I'd think a lot of those families could be helped. Just my honest opinion.

I like the USO idea, and will not miss a few bucks for such a cause at all. It is the very least we can do.

God Bless America, Our President, and our Coalition Heros...
