Because there's no one (Lycos people) around anymore. Used to be a least one person (employee) on the "SUGG" thread to answer questions for everyone. Don't ever get a reply when you email them. And former employees have been saying for some time that RB was on its last leg. Not to mention the out-of-control tossing and other things that are now taking place. No one at RB seems to care. Probably don't even know about it. Too bad, had lots of laughs there. Maybe something will come about and it'll remain a viable entity. As of now, it doesn't look good.
