That was not a post of praise of the "koranic bastards", but of condemnation of the "ugly" Americans in SE Asia which is a well-documented fact that has found its way into a book, "The Ugly American." As I write , there is now a program on CBC which details the hypocrisy and the irresponsibility of the US in the 1980s which had emboldened Saddam and was responsible for the last Gulf War and has led to the present war. Chretien is right in saying that the Americans have brought problems on themselves by their shortsighted foreign policy in the Middle East. They fooled themselves. No wonder he is not in support of the war. Also some Canadians have called folks south of the border, "Damn American bastards" and Bush a "moron". Why not go after them to embarrass them too? Darren, you are a clown! Assholes like you, including the archivist and emailer extraordinaire have been barking up the wrong tree.
