"All sorts of radical arabs from other countries are streaming into Iraq right now to take a shot at killing an American."

Stream on! They are coming to meet their maker. And give me a break about the war for oil and the quagmire stuff. Good sound bites but even the anti-war folks have given up on the war for oil sloganeering. 10 days of war and already the quagmire theorists are out there. Mike
PS What exit??

Because our leadership has another agenda in mind. Controling Iraq's oil.

That's a claim that is frequently made.

But so far I have never seen any proof of it.

Pure speculation can be fun, but IMO it should be labeled as such.

All sorts of radical arabs from other countries are streaming into Iraq right now to take a shot at killing an American.

I had a feeling before the invasion that this might happen, especially those radicals from Syria and Iran, who will somewhat justifiably be making what they consider to be preemptive attacks on us.

I have a feeling that this war might get really ugly.

Sadly, I concur.
