Yes, President George W. Bush should have built more of a coalition against Iraq. It's mainly U.S. and U.K. at this point. Who are all those other countries that they claim are part of the "coalition of the willing"? They sure aren't sending troops. Bush Sr. also got UN approval for the action against Iraq. Something Jr. wasn't able to do. This war is very different then the first Gulf War.
