No, Win, it has always been perfectly straightforward. The exigent circumstance leading to the military option is the danger of the Iraqi regime entering into a strategic partnership with groups like Al Quaida and supplying them with weapons of mass destruction, especially, eventually, nuclear devises. However, in discussing the effects of war on the Iraqi people, it is notable that they will ultimately benefit from the overthrow of the regime. And since we are committed to stick around to stabilize the situation and aid a new regime, and ensure a democratic outcome, why not call it "Operation Iraqi Freedom"?
