Governor Ridge is one of the finest & most competent Americans today. We are extremely fortunate that Pres Bush asked him to undertake the important position of homeland security. Evidently, you're not aware of the political makeup of the Philadelphia voter.......they're almost 100% urban Democrats. How could a Governor prevent a large turnout--call out the National Guard?? Cool the conservative jets a little....all things in moderation.
