The fact that someone could lie is not evidence that he is lying. The fact that someone else lied is not proof that he is lying. The fact that someone lied about something fairly trivial does not mean that it is likely that he would lie about something of consequence. I do not believe that the people in this Administration would conspire to launch a war for personal gain, rather than in pursuit of the discharge of their duties. That does not mean that they are correct, but it does mean that they are not moral monsters, but decent Americans. I do not believe that someone like Colin Powell is merely buckling to pressure, or a dupe. I do not believe that Tony Blair took a substantial political risk because he is a "lap dog", whatever that means. Some things make sense, some do not. The idea that the Administration is perpetrating a conspiracy out of "greed" does not make sense.......
