democrats did NOT beat shrub. popular vote is irrelevant by the very rules of the contest. that said, shrub didn't beat gore either, unless you count WWF rules where the other tag-team partner is allowed in the ring.

Half a million is not a whole lot in a country with over 100 million votes. About one and a half million of the Democrat margin came from California, and we know how wonderfully run that state is. Now we hear public utilities may have been in on price manipulation.

KT, electoral college is the only win that counts. If you remove the fraudulent votes - dead men, unregistered voters, convicted felons et.al. the margin would shrink -g-. The economic decay has been underway for two decades. US foreign policy for the last 100 years has created many enemies. Mike

Increase the number of out of country people in the military whose vote can be rejected. Would you be happy then if it would make your guy win? Give it up KT, Gore lost, get over it.
