Searle, there is a lot of logic to the names that do appear. Colombia is subsidized massively because of the drug wars. Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and other Eastern European countries still remember the years of Soviet persecution during the cold war and the US help to step free.

El Salvador--I was there in 2000. They love Americans and ecoturism dollars. Many there see Ollie North as a hero. I suspect Guatemala is not on the list because we overthrew a very proworker party in the 1950's and set back their country 40 years in the process. South Korea has nothing to lose because they can say they didn't have a choice.
