Expect GOP moderates to flee the party in 2004.

The problem with the GOP now is, thanks to Bush and his backers, they've been taken over by right-wing extremists, polluters, Big Oil and questionable repressive Christians.

Moderate Christians will also bolt the GOP in 2004.

As for Democrats, guess what? There is no more old-style liberalism. Doesn't even exist anymore. It's a myth from the 70's the Bushies are trying desperately to keep alive.

The truth is the new Democratic party is the most moderate and forward-looking, also much more fiscally conservative. That's where most people know we need to be to move forward as a more united nation.

Ironically, the Rushj Limabughs will end up hurting their own cause by being too bitter, too negative, too one-sided, reactionary and extreme. That's my prediction anyway. This war is the last hurrah of the neo-conservative chickenhawk crowd. We will win, hopefully soon, but it will be a giant mess without UN support. Expect Bush to try to move to the middle next year, but by then it will be too late.

As I've said, Bush's only chance to win will be if we have another 9-11. God forbid.
