Oh come now Mr. P,

It ain't that bad!

There'll be many battles to come with much higher casualty rates in which to make up for the lost opportunity.

Shame will transform into outrage and outrage will turn into action and results.

Bad news coming buddy.
Chretiens Liberal government will be elected again with Paul Martin at the helm. That ought to double your wine intake.

I want you to know that I am not speaking only for myself. I am speaking on behalf, quite literally, of millions of Canadians, who are every bit as disgusted as you are with our country.

He's just funnin yah folks. He's a TV repairman (vacuum tube).
Despite your rant, Chretien (ugh!!) is still accurately representing the sentiment of the populace in his handling of this invasion. He may end up being proven the wisest (albeit accidentally) along with China, Russia, France and Germany.
I must say paul, despite the countries differences with your rants, you are the most sincere pumpkin in the pumpkin patch and I have no doubt you feel you carry the weight of the country on your poor old sloping shoulders.
Might I suggest you whip off to Hawaii and spend a little time with your mentor LB and trip the light fantastic for a bit. The rest may bring you around.

Cheers
C
