I ascribe very little value to PEG for technology stocks. PEG usually depends on two estimates, the earnings estimate that is the E part of PE and the growth estimate that is the G. A precise number, PEG, based on two very unreliable estimates, E and G, and the price, P, seems to be a recipe for self-delusion.

For technology investing, I would suggest that the reliability of E and more importantly of G is the key.

"we are getting closer to that portion of the year where stocks under perform." I agree with that but ultimately the market gets to tell us what it wants to do. That would also seem to apply to Cary's concerns.
