I think it is fair to conclude that most Americans have been pleased with Bush's management of the events on 9/11 and since, up to and including the current action against Iraq. Not just MOST, but the vast majority. Who DOESN'T approve? Basically, the 25% Yellow Dog Democrats.

You're a little delusional.......the above rating was for the poll right after we entered the war.........like I've said before, typically people rally around the flag and the president at such a time. I consider the polls right before the war to be most accurate where Bush was fast approaching the 50% mark and his disapproval rating was 37%.

His popularity has been on a gradual decline since 9/11. I can only conclude that 9/11 has clouded the judgement of many Americans and that's what's caused them to take so long in getting what a buffoon Bush is.

His ratings were in the 67% range last week. His dad was in the 90s at war's time. The yellow dog democrats are looking to take a bite out of his ass in 2004...

Just as we instrinsically want to be the most powerful nation in the world, the less powerful nations want to see our power eroded.

You completely FAILED to answer my post...compare Bush's campaign comments to yours above. Was he lying to the nation? Or spreading platitudes he did not understand, since he later proceeded to surround himself with people that run the country?
