I commented on this before but not sure if I did here.
Closing of may 22 QQQ and opening of April 22 QQQ.
I consider this to be a neutral trade.
It spikes the PC ratio but that spike has to be discounted because

1) it is double counted (closing and opening of more or less the same position)
2) 22 is so far OOTM that it does not affect max pain
3) There is less money at risk on the short side so if anything the move is a bullish or neutral bet all things considered, not a bearish bet
4) PC moving average ratio that Shack likes to use will be useless for a while
