Well, Scotland and Wales already have their own parliaments, neither one as ridiculous as
Blair and London City.

But due to the multitude of refugees from that region, they try to avoid major colonial operations
until forced to use their chainsaws and a little kick out further into the atlantic, not even
over the bridge. (where a poodle might find a badly needed pole to wet down)
