That really ticked me off, Clinton and Gore using the INS as there own personal voter registration program and it was criminal. * * *

Bush did not crack down on immigration either until AFTER 9-11. Mohammed Atta got his visa under Bush's watch. Plenty of blame to go around. I've been concerned about immigration policies in the west for many years. Still, I wish they'd let in all the good-looking ladies from other countries. gg
