I expect that HAL will prove to have been an excellent short at 22 on Friday. It is out of the running for a 600 million dollar contract.

TP - nice to have you back, you were missed around here. I did indeed have a good week, and boy, did I need it! I'm still not back to where I was before the war rally first took off, but I've made up a lots of ground. I didn't increase short exposure on Friday as there really wasn't a serious ramp to sell. Also, tomorrow is EOM and there might be some painting going on. Even so, I'm still nearly 2:1 net short, mostly the usual suspects but also playing the China spikers (NTES, SINA). Still hanging on to some metal and I'm almost above water there (didn't average down quite enough) - Friday's action was very encouraging though. Hope you're doing well and are ready for a good week ahead --steven
