HUU-Yeah...was there any doubt?

Executive orders signed by three presidents, beginning with the first order in Feb. 18, 1976, were interpreted until recently as forbidding clandestine acts of targeted killing. But since 9/11 the Bush administration has concluded that these executive orders do not prevent the president from lawfully singling out a terrorist for death by covert action.

An administration with "costolas". (If ya don't know, don't ask). Good stuff.

Ok, so I'll ask forgiveness for that one later...

G'nite!

Yemen is considered a friendly country, not at war with the United States.

This article conveniently leaves out the fact that we have permission from the Yemeni government to operate, in this manner in their county.
