I think they know a plan to blow Israel away.

Saddam said he wanted to do that.

The only way we can avoid be drawn in is to watch that happen. (Or watch them attack the Islamic countries)
If we stop supporting Israel, then the terrorists
would not hit the US. In his speech tonight he said he
wants to give Israel more money. Another $1 billion and
loans in the billions.

So imo the real issue, like I have been saying, is
Israel. Is this country ready to fight for Israel?

I looked for reports of the Powell speech on the front (web) pages of the NY Times and Washington Post: Ziltch. It seems his purpose is to prevent Syria and Iran for different reasons getting involved.
