I have not seen/heard/read reports of ICRC visiting coalition POWs either Kumar, watched an interview with a rep from ICRC the other day. The U.S. has told them they have access to the POW camp built somewhere in the south. The U.S. is moving on a daily basis all POWs around the country to that site. The ICRC rep seemed to project that the reason they've not been there is more the ICRC doing than anything else. She did say they will be visiting shortly. JB
