you are exactly wrong....again....if Saddam attacked Cleveland, and the mayor of Cleveland stuck women and children up in the front lines, would the death of those women and children be on Saddams hands or the mayor's? Every civilian death in Iraq is the result of Saddam's regime and tactics..get over believing anything else, goofy.
