I did see a spot of green show up, but it turned out to be light sweet crude. However, gas prices have stabilized over the last 5 days here. If prices hang at this level for very long, it is going to put a big dent in profits of lots of businesses. I'm guessing some of the big consumers, like UPS and maybe the airlines, have locked in long term contracts, but all the smaller companies, some of which have fleets of vehicles, are having to pay 50 cents a gallon more than last quarter. .
