No not at all! The CBC Radio had a documentary about these ex-pats recently. Most live in London - I can't remember the name of the umbrella organisation but it is funded by the CIA to the tune of many millions. One Iraqi critic said that they're always quarreling amongst themsleves - often about how many hundred suits x has compared to y! The head honcho - the one favoured by America - used to run a bank in Jordan but ran off with millions of dollars of depositors money! - He was tried in absentia and sentenced to 23 years in jail. So I don't think the people of Iraq are going to take too kindly to these folks being foisted on them!
