The Arab world HATES Saddam.

You continue to simplify....not surprisingly. If you look below the skin, things make no sense. I don't think anyone disputes the fact that this war is embittering Arabs further. Mubarak said yesterday that the war will create 100 OBLs. There is ample evidence to support that hatred for America is on the rise everywhere in the Muslim world. Bush will grant future generations the gift of world hatred for America and all that implies.

RE:"The Arab world HATES Saddam. There is broad agreement that every single country over there hates him, and every last one of them wants to see him out. But they'd much rather see someone besides us take him out. Unfortunately, that isn't possible."

Maybe, but "Islam is thicker than water" and the hatred of the US/Israeli relationship is too.
