The way Bush is going, he will pass Clinton's deficits in a lot less than 4 years.

How was Clinton supposed to immediately balance the budget when he was saddled with $300 billion in annual interest expense from a quadrupling of the national debt after twelve years of total fiscal irresponsibility from the pennypinchin' Ronnie and Big George?

This idea that Republicans are frugal is such nonsense.

From 1960-2000 we had 20 years of Democratic presidents and 20 years of Republican presidents.

Federal deficits totaled $506 billion under Democrats and $2.5 trillion under Republicans.

I can hear the brain-dead Bushies now.

"It was the Democratic Congress that made them do it!"
