Unbelievable! How did you hear about his alleged sacking in the first place?

We were watching MSNBC, and they said it. We had been watching him on FOX last night when he drew this map in the sand and talked about which ways the troops were going to be moving, etc., and my wife and I were shocked they would allow him to give out that info. Then, this morning, MSNBC said he was kicked out and returning to Kuwait.

Then, he was doing a report on FOX and was asked about it and just launched off into hurling accusations at MSNBC (well-deserved, I'm sure)...

Getting strange around here...

tejek,

re:How did you hear about his alleged sacking in the first place?

I heard it this morning on Fox.

I like flipping through all the channels, but the cable channels are now reporting every rumor without checking their facts. It's getting a bit annoying to keep hearing things that get knocked down as false a few hours later.

In the first Gulf War it was OK, that the entire media was used by the Military to fake out the Iraqis, but this oneupsmanship crap has got to stop.
