John,
In the quote window and my favorites, QQQ shows an unchanged price for today compared to Friday. I have cleared the cache and resubmitted the symbol and still show this same inaccurate information. Am I missing something or do you have a fix in progress for this significant error???

john, i have tried clearing cache, logging off then back on, going to other symbols and then returning to QQQs, and using 'get max data' (which only brought more bad ticks). bad tick data remains for 9:45 am EST on the QQQ chart. and to be honest, if it is this difficult to perform a simple reload of data from the database (clear cache and re-query), then you have a design problem which should be corrected with the development team. this should be a simple and straight forward request.
