I see. So Clinton botches the dismantling of Al Queda and Bush is to blame for the attack. Clinton presides over the biggest financial bubble in history while dozens of CEOs fudge the numbers under his watch and it is Bush's fault. Are the criminal practices of Wall Street also Bush's fault?
