Believe it or not, I really felt over the weekend that it was time to "take a flyer" and buy some shares on Monday. Well today I decided to concentrate on finishing a painting project in the house that I have been working on for one month. As I was working I did grab a quick glance at MSMBC and decided that heck, I was not going to stop painting just to buy some stock on such a down day. I did not get to the computer till after the market closed and saw your message. Oh well, I can look at the paint job and say that if I were lazy and bought I could have had someone else do the painting and still have some money left over. Now what to do. A quick calc. indicates that the buy out price will be around $2.15. I suspect that it will be a hostile takeover. As such, I would expect that either the price goes up or the buyer says forget about it and the stock price goes back down. What is your take? Cheers Bob (the painter) T.
