Mike...

>>Buy out time(can we pick 'em or what, Bob?):o)<<

I suggest you change the "we" to "I"!!! Call me a day late and a dollar short. Believe it or not, I really felt over the weekend that it was time to "take a flyer" and buy some shares on Monday. Well today I decided to concentrate on finishing a painting project in the house that I have been working on for one month. As I was working I did grab a quick glance at MSMBC and decided that heck, I was not going to stop painting just to buy some stock on such a down day.

I did not get to the computer till after the market closed and saw your message. Oh well, I can look at the paint job and say that if I were lazy and bought I could have had someone else do the painting and still have some money left over.

Now what to do. A quick calc. indicates that the buy out price will be around $2.15. I suspect that it will be a hostile takeover. As such, I would expect that either the price goes up or the buyer says forget about it and the stock price goes back down. What is your take?

Cheers
