Kelvin,

I have seen StockPickReport.com reports many times. Their recommendations flip flop often, which is understandable since they apparently offer short term recommendations. The biggest issue that I have with them is that they don't recommend when to sell a long position or cover a short. They just go from long to short or vice versa. In fact, they recommended a long position in FLEX just a few days ago but I never saw a sell to take a profit recommendation. I guess today's short sell recommendation means that you should sell your long position and go short? If that's the case they would have lost money on the long trade. They also flip flop on CSCO often. Maybe I'm wrong, but that has been my observation of them.
