OK where and when and your source? Don't tell me that it's another Hill and Knowlton one? I'm not saying that Sadaam hasn't committed some terrible crimes and this may be one of them - but you're using this to justify an illegal and criminal war when America has known all about these crimes or alleged crimes for years, been an ally or Iraq when some of them were committed and now suddenly you're trotting all of this stuff out as a smokescreen.
