Liberal Democrats dont vote to give Bush war powers. They certainly do if they are frauds and wish to hedge their bets. That is precisely what Kerry is trying to do. He helped approve the resolution granting Bush war power for the Iraqi conflict, but then bashed Bush for using the power. He did this even after once claiming America is not bound to seek authority from the UN. He is a liberal, a Massachusetts liberal and everyone knows it. That is why newspapers and even average citizens worldwide recognize him as such.
