Well no it hasn't been. But Clinton had taxes so high the deficit was not as big. Now Bush has opened the spigot and we're in for a ride. He's single handedly bringing the economy to it's knees. Just like his dad did. It's no accident either. Because when they give away the farm to their rich friends it's never good for the economy.
