NOTE: H-Quotient, through their President Douglas Cohn, was successful in pressuring Primezone into pulling our press release. We acknowledge his tenacity and effectiveness however, we want to assure everyone that the attached complaint was indeed and in fact filed this morning with the Washington, DC Enforcement Division of the Securities Exchange Commission and we encourage everyone to examine each and every aspect of this complaint and compare what is written against the actual filings and announcements of the company. The complaint is the issue here, not the messenger. Our disclaimer is both honest and complete. Hopefully, Mr. Cohn's actions will focus even more attention on the company and the complaint and will encourage the SEC to give the complaint the priority we feel it deserves. As before, we will gladly publish here any supported corrections or additions. We only wish Mr. Cohn would have responded to our many inquiries prior to filing the complaint. Finally, in order to assure yourself and Mr. Cohn that this complaint has indeed been filed with the SEC, why not do your part in helping take back our street. Send an email to mathewss@sec.gov .
