Nah, if Republicans come up with a tax cut it's always a "gift to the rich". That's the Democrats dirty little lie.

If the Democrats were concerned about the deficit they would be proposing adding the Real Estate capital gains exemption up to $500k on selling your house. The one that has enriched the rich, driven housing priced to astronomical levels and created a bubble that will not end in a soft landing. It's already exempted 40 plus $ billion... in taxes...much of it to the "rich".
