Amen. Exactly. Right on. Ditto. I could not have said it better myself.

In fact, I have made the very argument (to the shock and disbelief of my co-workers and family) several times in the last few weeks. And I am equally amazed that others reason that one can be casually relieved of any moral responsibility for their actions by the 'i was only following orders' claim. And they are deferring their moral decision-making to the likes of Bush, Rumsfield, Perle, etc? Yikes!!!

But I guess this is drummed into people throughout their life...or it might be a lot more difficult to organize an army (or at least an invasionary force).
