What is the cause of the 100B increase? I didn't think tax cuts had been enacted to that degree. What do you think the B-man is specifically the cause of?

Clinton had the benefit of the 94 elections to help with his "fiscal responsibilities"..... As far as the shortening of bond lengths being a great idea, generally it is a better financial move to lock in the lower rates for a longer term....Any one with significant debt should have refinanced at least once in the last few years....It could be argued that going with shorter debt maturity for marginal short term savings was politically selfish.
