Jacob - The evidence is clear to me, that both sides were wholly insincere. Reminds me of the joke by the Soviet worker: "we pretend to work; they pretend to pay us."

Perhaps, although I doubt it. I'll have to do some research, why not you do the same. I'll bet that N. Korea fell significantly short long before the US in the agreed sequence of events.

BTW - So, are you saying that Clinton wasn't trustworthy? -g-

Jacob - Well, I did some research into the N. Korea Framework Agreement and you were more right than I. It looks like we never set aside the money necessary to meet our side of the agreement and stupidly we did not get the right to inspect random sites.
