How would you know? Well, I know that because the general agreement amongst those who know more about this than do you or I seem to have an agreement about it: The war has proceeded brilliantly thus far; casualties (civilian and U.S. military) are minimal; progress is great; and the "elite" republican guard isn't looking so elite just now... when I was upset about spending all that money, you were all for it. I would have been supportive of spending the money. But now, in retrospect, it is great we were able to save it -- the war clearly has proceeded just fine without it.
