Glenn Petersen found this tidbit from a Panaco spread.....

Michele Paige, who currently serves as a senior investment professional of Icahn Associates Corp., has been elected to the Board. Ms. Paige received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She formerly served as a research associate at the Conference Board, an economic think-tank, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

That's all that counts.

I don't understand the constant CRAP in this thread. Icahn has done a great job. Glass did a superb job. It appears to me that Ms. Paige is qualified up her wazoo. I don't give a flying patooey what she is to Icahn.

Again, from Glenn's find......

MBA from Harvard Business School and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She formerly served as a research associate at the Conference Board, an economic think-tank, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

From today's 10-K........

As of March 15, 2003, the Company had no employees. Michele Paige, the
Chief Executive Officer of Cadus and the Subsidiary, is not an employee of Cadus
or the Subsidiary and is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Cadus and the
Subsidiary without compensation.

What the heck more could we ask for? I'm damn grateful.
