I am still waiting for your explanation of how you find the market overvalued based on your analysis of the graphics. Irrelevant accusations about my professional status are not changing this: You said the market is overvalued and you said that based on your analysis of CHARTS based on past profits and future expectations. I asked you to explain. But you can't. Rates wont be here forever so what happens when rates go back up DOH! You obviously have not studied this stuff and nobody has taken the time to explain it to you. Don't make me want to ridicule you by adding an arrogant attitude to your already very weak position. Just explain your technique of VALUATION by CHART analysis. I am all ears.
