If it can be said that Terry McAuliffe achieved even one positive thing for his country (and certainly it would only be ONE thing), it's that he found enough holes in McCain's assault on the 1st Amendment to render it completely null.

Democracy and freedom of speech will survive John McCain, as the Founders estimated over 200 years ago.

And the USSC still has its chance. I wouldn't write off their ability to preserve the Bill of Rights in this case yet...
