Is there a scale of evil we need to refer to? Like "A" is pretty darn evil but not quite entirely evil while "B" is somewhat but not preponderantly evil while "C" is jumpin' up and down uncontrollably evil, and "D" is evil around the edges but not really so bad.
Or is it just a sharp dividing line with absolutely evil on one side and absolutely good on the other with no reason to think there might be socio-religious-cultural differences on the matter?
And is there a written in stone methodology in the treatment of each representative along the scale?
Is someone who hasn't before been known to act in an evil manner but is thinking evil thoughts an appropriate target?
Should we put just one person in charge of the Dept. of Evil?
If so, how do we go about choosing that person in such a way that what he/she will do is absolutely correct and for the better of all?
Or should we all just get into cattle mode and go with whatever seems popular in reference to evil?

Or maybe this "evil" argument for going to war is just a bunch of crap to suck in simpletons.
