Equating anti-Bush comments with anti-Americanism casts the early and intense criticism of Clinton in a different light now, doesn't it?

Only to those who’ve spent a lifetime in the darkness. The fact is, it is by definition anti-American to condemn a war that America officially approves and in which our American boys and girls are dying. It is certainly anti-American. You have a right to be anti-American. You have no right to be a respected anti-American.

Coming from you guys it's starting to look a bit like fascism. Either you have a short memory or you are revising history for self-serving purposes. The early criticism of Clinton was on policy matters…

That is false, and if you do not understand how false it is, then you are blind or worse. Even before becoming president Clinton had to go onto "60 Minutes" to counter the harsh criticism against his notorious infidelity. Indeed, it was Clinton opponent Ross Perot who said regarding Clinton ‘if a man cannot be faithful to his wife, he cannot be faithful to his country.’ Perot was bang on, and Clinton’s lies to his country, his faithlessness with our military secrets and his gutting our military proves it.

…it didn't take too long before I, rabid right-wing foaming at the mouth notwithstanding, decided Clinton was an unprincipled self-serving liar myself.

So then millions of Americans knew beforehand what took you some time to realize. You are apparently slow; and that’s okay.

The point remains. A "dicksey chick" is supposed to be heard, but not truly "seen."

That is not the real point. The real point is that when a “Ditsy Chick” spouts off against her country as fellow Americans die on her behalf, she has no right at all to demand that anyone respect, see or listen to her. She only has the right to speak her itsy-bitsy mind.

You guys love to dish but can't take it.

And that is precisely the way nature has ordered things.
