Now I know I'm going to get grilled for this... But more people die of malnutrition every day in some countries than died in the world trade disaster.

It is awful that it happened to us, and we should punish the responsible parties. All of the sudden we realized that America could be vulnerable, and that has scared the shit out of us. However, that doesn't give us the right to throw a temper tantrum on the rest of the arab world.

I do understand the reasons behind what we are doing, but I have a true distaste for the ex-post facto moral justifications.

This boils down to one thing... might=right. to argue otherwise is to expose onself as the pompous arrogant american that the rest of the world already sees.
