John, the amount of bad chart ticks is getting unbearable.

I trade the biggies, DELL MSFT KLAC XLNX etc,. I find at least 5 to 10 times a day, EVERYDAY, the bad ticks interfere with my ability to read and trade the charts.

The bad ticks show up in the 1 5 15 30 60 minute charts and not always in all and can remain for hours to days.

I simply dont have the time to email you a fix request everytime they show up, and yes I clear my cache regularly so please dont suggest that.

Is there someone on your staff that could monitor at least the big volume stocks like MSFT DELL KLAC etc. to fix the bad ticks intraday? You must get many emails requesting fixes, how about a full timer scanning the charts of the top stocks for errors?

What filtering strategy is IQ Charts using and what are you guys doing to fix this constant and long time problem?

Thank you.
