I also bought a few shares right near the close.
Was on the bid for about ten minutes and got nothing, moved up to the ask and got a partial fill and then it went up a couple of cents. I think it will be higher tomorrow.

Rails...I'm thinking the USD is very close to bottoming, and I've been buying here and there in the market. Added both Bombardier and Air Canada (...ouch!) yesterday and CAE and Aur Resources (copper miner) today...Nortel is starting to look pretty good to me too.

I'm looking for a huge correction in the PoG, seriously...a huge one...it looks to me like the Iraq war is about to end here shortly. Coalition forces are pretty much invincible whereas the Iraqi forces are operating without any generals since most of them have been captured. The opposition forces that are left fighting are essentially untrained thugs.

Getting back to the dollar I reckon it's now resting on support, so be careful with any and all gold speculations. It isn't the time to be negative on the broad markets.

Regards,
Frank P.
