Tim, sketch for me the upside/downside of court review. I'm unclear on issues and what rulings would be favorable. All I know is that they've been accused of destroying evidence and not divulging to co-developers their patent intentions. They claim the destruction of materials was normal and occured two years before it was relevant to the courts.. therefore not having grounds.

But how does all this relate to whatever it is you're talking about with circuit court review.. and what are the possible outcomes and how would the stock respond?
